Mr Ravi Shanker Goel, Consul General of India in Medan was invited by the Indian Community in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau Province (5 Aug 24) to meet more than 75 Indian expatriates who are working in PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper, a renowned Indonesian company. Many Indians are staying with their families. All of them are high qualified professionals who are contributing positively to the growth of company. Consul General interacted with the Indian community, thanked them for their excellent professional contribution to the Indonesian economy, requested them to proactively contribute towards Indian culture and remain in touch with the Consulate. During the visit of Consular General, a consular camp was also organised for the benefit of Indian community. Indian community members assured to be more culturally and socially active.
