43rd INDIA – INDONESIA COORDINATED PATROL (IND-INDO CORPAT)

The 43rd edition of India–Indonesia Coordinated Patrol (IND-INDO CORPAT) between Indian Navy and Indonesian Navy is being conducted from 10.12.2024 to 18.12.2024. The Indian ships will be at Sabang, Aceh from 10.12.2024 to 12.12.2024 for the opening phase. The exercise features the participation of the Indian Naval Ship INS Kesari and INS LCU L57. The welcome ceremony of Indian ships was held on 10.12.24 at Sabang port, Aceh. Senior officers of Indonesian Navy welcomed the Indian ships. Consul General of India, Mr Ravi Shanker Goel attended the welcome ceremony. The visit of Indian ships will further strengthen the maritime interaction between India and Indonesia which has expanded substantially with frequent port visits, participation in bilateral/ multilateral exercises and training exchanges. The 43rd IND-INDO CORPAT will contribute towards Indian Navy’s efforts to consolidate inter-operability and forge strong bonds of friendship with Indonesian Navy/ TNI AL.#75thindiaindonesia
