Indian Cooking Demo on 16.02.2025

The Consulate General of India in Medan, in collaboration with the Indian Lovers Community, organized an Indian Cooking Demo at the Consulate's premises on February 16, 2025. The event was attended by Friends of India, including Chef from Grand Mercure Hotel Medan. The Indian dishes prepared during the event included Puri and Chicken Stew (Kerala Style), Aloo Paratha, and Indian Masala Tea. The participants also enjoyed the cultural performances during the event while learning how to cook these Indian dishes. They also tasted the cooked food. There was also a stall set up to buy the Indian food ingredients.
